The Client: Our client is a €100m+ turnover Main Contractor with over 60 years of continuous trading.
We are searching for an experienced Site Manager with experience managing Industrial Building projects.
Our client can offer continuity of work in the Leinster region, as they are also involved in other Residential, Education, Commercial, Healthcare and Industrial projects in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage on-site Construction Activities, ensuring Project Milestones are met.
* Supervise and Co-ordinate Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Trades.
* Manage EHS as per Company and Industry standards
* Ensure Quality Control and adherence to Project Specifications.
* Manage site records, progress reports, and day-to-day problem-solving.
* Monitor project costs and ensure resources are used efficiently.
Requirements:
* Degree qualified in Construction Management or having a trade background + previous Site Management experience.
* 2+ years of Construction experience as a Site Manager/Foreman
* Strong knowledge of Construction Practices, Regulations, and Safety Standards.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules.
