Purpose of the Role:
The post holder will have the responsibility for ensuring the efficient delivery of CHI Superannuation services as a member of Pension Department’s team.
The post holder will support the Pensions Manager in the delivery of a quality driven and compliant service.
The post holder will support the Pensions Manager around the areas of change management.
Deputise for the Pensions Manager as required.
Essential Criteria:
1. Hold a professional qualification in a relevant discipline or demonstrate an equivalent level of experience working in a public service pensions environment.
2. Have a minimum of four years relevant experience (HR/Finance/Payroll) with a minimum of three years in Superannuation.
3. Minimum of one year Supervisory Management experience.
4. Have excellent Microsoft Office skills particularly in the use of Excel.
5. Experience working with HR and Payroll Systems.
