Responsibilities: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts for mechanical construction activities. Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Lead and coordinate mechanical teams and subcontractors, promoting effective communication and collaboration. Interpret engineering drawings and provide technical guidance for the installation of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems. Manage project documentation, reporting, change orders, and cost controls to ensure timely and on-budget delivery. Serve as liaison with clients, engineers, and stakeholders, attending meetings and resolving project challenges. Requirements BEng in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or relevant Trade qualification. 6 years+ experience in Mechanical Construction Management Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial. Strong understanding of mechanical systems with a track record of managing large-scale mechanical projects from inception to completion.
