Job Summary
In this exciting role, you will work closely with the London-based legal team as their key point of contact for a client. Your primary objective is to provide exceptional support and service by compiling documentation, coordinating communication, and managing casework.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage an individual caseload and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
* Serve as the main contact for the client and the legal team.
* Offer administrative support to the legal team.
* Organise and manage physical and virtual meetings.
* Prepare documentation and conduct research as needed.
* Support the team in a general capacity to achieve day-to-day work efficiently.
* Attend meetings with clients and relevant individuals.
Requirements:
* Educational Background: A legal degree qualification applied professionally since graduation.
* Experience: At least two years of professional experience within the last five years in managing casework, interpreting legislation, policy, and technical documents.
* Communication Skills: Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relationship Building: Ability to work well as an individual and in a team.
* Workload Management: Ability to work under pressure, handle a caseload, and meet tight deadlines.
