About the Role:
BAM Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial Team. This is an opportunity to develop a long-term career in Facilities Management with potential for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of Monthly Commercial Reports: Compile relevant monthly cost and revenue data for input to Monthly Reports, Prepare monthly project reports and summary reports, Reviewing completed works with revenue and reconciling in reports, Finalise with Commercial Director.
2. Procurement & Tender Package Management: Compile information and distribute tender packages to subcontractors, Review and compare returned tenders, Prepare orders and manage contract renewal dates, Regularly review and update subcontractor packages and rates, Conduct cost analysis on current and future packages, Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiencies.
3. Variations / Additional Works Quotations: Liaise with Operations Team and Client PPP Co in relation to Client changes, Prepare quotations, including Capex, Operational & Lifecycle costs, track progress, and update the Operations Team and Client regularly, Maintain and update records for works completion, sign off and invoicing, Information management and invoicing.
4. Tendering: Liaise with Business Development Team and Commercial Team, Identify and compile packages for specialist subcontractors / Suppliers, Review and compare Tender Submissions from Subcontractors / Suppliers.
5. Support for Operations Team: Provide information on subcontracts/subcontractors, Address invoicing and subcontract queries, Assist in procuring products or subcontractors, Develop Reactive Payment Applications for review by Operations Team.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering / Project Management or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge of COINS software beneficial.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
