About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst to provide business-critical insights, optimise revenue-driving processes, and enhance operational efficiency across our go-to-market (GTM) teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success). This role is key to enabling data-driven decision-making and ensuring scalable growth strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset—going beyond reporting data to proactively uncover insights and drive action. You will work closely with leadership to shape revenue forecasting, sales performance analysis, and process improvements.

Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis & Insights:
* Gather, analyse, validate and interpret large datasets from various sources to provide accurate, timely and actionable insights on lead generation, revenue performance, sales efficiency ratio, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), churn, pipeline health, etc.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting tools and dashboards for sales, marketing, and customer success teams to provide visibility into key performance metrics.
* Conduct deep-dive analysis into sales funnel performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to support strategic decisions.
* Leverage AI and predictive analytics to forecast future trends and guide long-term planning.
* Go beyond surface-level metrics to uncover the "why" behind performance trends, delivering insights that tie directly to business goals.
* Independently analyse raw datasets, draw conclusions, and make clear, actionable recommendations.
* Use data to not only track performance but identify and anticipate challenges and opportunities for revenue growth.
* Ensure stakeholders across the business have a clear understanding of progress towards goals through well-constructed dashboards and concise summaries.
1. Revenue Reporting & Forecasting:
* Help design and implement automated revenue performance reporting systems to track metrics such as pipeline velocity, lead conversion rates, and customer retention.
* Collaborate with finance to build accurate and detailed revenue forecasts based on historical data, trends, and business objectives.
* Present insights and reports to senior leadership and management teams, translating data into clear options and recommendations for growth strategies.
2. Process Optimisation:
* Identify inefficiencies in revenue-related processes and use data-driven insights to recommend process improvements.
* Continuously monitor and refine lead-to-cash workflows, ensuring optimal data flow between sales, marketing, and customer success systems.
* Implement automation strategies to reduce manual processes, improve data accuracy, and increase efficiency in the revenue cycle.
3. Technology & Systems Management:
* Closely monitor the company’s CRMs, marketing automation tools, and other technology platforms to ensure they are fully optimised and delivering accurate data.
* Ensure data integrity across all systems, regularly auditing and maintaining clean, high-quality data for analytics and reporting purposes.
* Work closely with Tech and data teams to implement advanced revenue analytics tools, models, and reporting frameworks.
* Ensure seamless data flow between key platforms.
4. Revenue Metrics & KPI Monitoring:
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue-generating teams and ensure alignment with broader company goals.
* Analyse trends and performance against KPIs, providing options to optimise sales, marketing, and customer success efforts.
* Create customised reports for specific stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
The Person, the skills and attributes required for this role:
* Proven experience in a relevant Senior data-driven role (e.g. Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or similar), in a SaaS and/or high-growth environment.
* Knowledge of SQL/MySQL or other data analysis languages/tools.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables).
* Expertise in data visualisation tools.
* Deep expertise in data analysis, with experience in managing systems.
* Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics.
* Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Proven ability to translate complex data into simple, reliable and actionable insights.
* Experience in fast-growing SaaS or tech environments.
* Familiarity with financial modelling and forecasting a distinct advantage.
