Festival Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Marketing Team as a Festival Marketing Coordinator for the 2025 edition of the Dublin International Film Festival.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a world-class film event, supporting the delivery of the festival's marketing objectives through cross-channel content creation, campaign execution, and stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the arts, entertainment or cultural sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute integrated campaigns (digital, social, print, PR, and media) to promote the festival and its program to new and existing audiences.
* Monitor and enhance the festival's digital reach by creating, posting, and engaging with fresh and relevant content on social platforms.
* Support the production and distribution of the festival brochure, including design, content management, and editorial responsibilities.
* Engage confidently with partners, audiences, and festival guests during the festival to ensure promotional plans are executed and engaging content is captured.
* Assist in the creation of comprehensive post-festival reports demonstrating the impact of marketing and promotional plans.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the arts, entertainment or cultural sector.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
* Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
* Passion for film, arts, and culture.
Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum
