About the Company
HireIQ is partnering with our client, a successful construction business based outside Ballygawley, to find an experienced Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Professional.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good IT skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook
Responsibilities will include:
* Managing purchase ledger assistants' workload and quality
* Control of all purchase ledger data entry
* Working closely with other finance functions to ensure efficient and accurate processing of bank transactions on to ledgers
* Managing supplier payment runs in an efficient and effective manner
* Monthly supplier reconciliations
* Developing supplier relationships
* Process and reconciling of invoices and credit notes promptly
* Prompt and accurate processing of all invoices
* Reviewing and booking expenses and credit cards onto the accounting system
* Ad hoc assistance and reporting
