Job Description
Assist the Executive Head Chef in the Fine Dining & Casual Dining Kitchens, providing training to the kitchen team and promoting best practice.
Support and promote the implementation of HACCP protocols for food safety and quality control.
Maintain high standards of culinary excellence, working closely with the Executive Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Promote teamwork and effective communication among the kitchen staff, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement menu concepts, taking into account seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
Coordinate kitchen operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
