Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, resourceful and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales team in managing daily operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
* Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
* Coordinate communication between sales teams and other departments to streamline processes.
* Support customer onboarding and provide initial questions and account setup information.
* Monitor customer emails and respond to routine inquiries or forward them to appropriate sales personnel.
* Support data entry, updates, and maintenance of customer records in the CRM.
* Help coordinate events, such as trade shows or client meetings, including managing logistics and preparing promotional items.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Strong analytical mindset and organizational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
