Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Architect and Project Manager to lead and drive our digital transformation initiatives at our biopharmaceutical site. This pivotal role will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance data management, and align with our strategic goals in conjunction with the Future Factory initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. The successful candidate will work with senior leadership to define and implement our company's digital transformation strategy, assessing current processes and technologies to identify opportunities for digital enhancement. They will be responsible for designing and developing scalable digital architectures that integrate emerging technologies, such as AI, IoT, cloud computing, and data analytics, with existing systems. Detailed architectural documentation, including system designs, data flows, and integration strategies, will be prepared.
2. The Digital Transformation Architect and Project Manager will plan, execute, and oversee the full lifecycle of digital transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. They will utilize project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum to manage resources and timelines effectively.
3. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, regulatory affairs, quality assurance) will be essential to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals. The candidate will also communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively to stakeholders at various levels.
4. The role involves developing and executing change management strategies to support the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization. The candidate will also provide end-user training and support to ensure the successful implementation and utilization of digital solutions.
5. Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be defined and tracked to measure the success and impact of digital transformation initiatives. Regular reviews and assessments will be conducted to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives. Additionally, all digital initiatives must comply with industry regulations and standards, such as FDA, EMA, and GxP guidelines.
Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in digital transformation and project management, ideally within the biopharmaceutical or related industry. A strong knowledge of digital technologies, data analytics, and software development methodologies is essential, as is proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
