We are looking for a results-driven Incremental Business Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Grow parts and service revenue by proactively calling customers following preventative maintenance and service reports.
* Engage with leads from Fin Cam (inspection camera technology) and other inspection reports.
* Act as a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Follow up on inspection reports and share accounts with field sales reps to drive incremental sales.
* Build strong internal relationships with contracts, parts and service teams in each depot, and regional sales.
Requirements:
* Experience within a proactive outbound B2B sales environment.
* Product knowledge desirable.
* Professional telephone manner.
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Innovative thinking coupled with creative problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivation and a drive to succeed.
