Maintenance Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Matrix Recruitment in Wexford.
About the Role
* Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and balanced workloads.
* Manage maintenance resources and documentation, including spare parts inventory and performance metrics.
* Collaborate with production planners and vendors to schedule maintenance and ensure efficient task completion.
* Enforce safety systems and ensure all maintenance work meets regulatory and company standards.
* Analyze and improve maintenance performance by investigating equipment breakdowns and implementing process optimizations.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Planner/Coordinator.
* Proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana is essential.
* Completion of a Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation apprenticeship, or an NCEA Diploma (or equivalent) in related engineering fields is preferred.
