We are looking for a People Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner for our European teams, predominantly based in Poland.
This role will help align business objectives with people strategies, including a focus on developing leaders and teams, driving organizational effectiveness, engaging our employees, fostering an inclusive culture, and prioritizing the highest impact solutions.
Responsibilities
* Provide partnership and support in the areas of organizational design, talent development, employee engagement, succession strategy, and organizational development.
* Identify and address critical organizational and people issues, removing barriers impeding the success of the business.
* Use data to drive people strategies and initiatives for the region and teams.
* Identify and develop key talent, providing experiences that enable development and retention.
* Build performance management capabilities by coaching leaders to effectively address performance issues and deliver feedback.
Your background should include:
* At least 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, partnering directly with senior leaders within the engineering ecosystem, focusing on EMEA (specifically Poland).
* Establish relationships and build trust across all levels of the organization.
* Strong leadership and influencing skills, and ability to lead change management initiatives.
* Understanding of EMEA employment law specifically in Poland and Ireland.
* Proven track record demonstrating agility in an ever-changing and growing business context.
