Role Description Reporting directly to the Senior Financial Accountant, the individual will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following: ?
Support to the ICT and finance teams produce reports and track finance and contract documentation including processing of Purchase Order (PO)s and Supplier invoices, contract requirements and checklists ?
PO monitoring and maintenance ?
Contract Management administration support, including checklist collation and documentation management ?
Query management ?
Cover for annual leave in other finance areas ?
Ad-hoc finance projects/tasks and to perform other related duties as assigned Key Competencies ?
Strong organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail ?
Capacity to proactively and constructively contribute to team tasks; ?
Strong stakeholder management and ability to build rapport, effectively communicate to various finance and non-finance personnel and maintain confidentiality and integrity ?
A can-do and flexible approach with the ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.

Strong MS Office and MS Excel skills.
Requirements for the Role ?
Have at least 2 years relevant experience ?
