Your responsibility will also include delivering on-year targets while maintaining a keen understanding of Brand P&L and how business decisions impact it. You will assess the revenue and GM% mix within the portfolio, proposing actionable plans to optimize this mix.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of a three-year innovation and renovation pipeline aligned with brand strategy and positioning.
* Take full responsibility for the commercial success of brand innovations, understanding their impact on both brand growth and P&L.
* Spearhead the annual Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) process for the brand, aligning agency partners, creating best-in-class activation plans, and ensuring flawless execution.
* Oversee the strategic use of the brand budget across all areas to drive maximum impact.
* Develop and implement course-correction plans to ensure delivery against key KPIs.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong grasp of Brand P&L, experience with TTL communications campaigns, and a proven track record in launching significant innovations or renovations. The ideal candidate will hold a degree-level qualification and have a minimum of 3 years of FMCG experience, ideally in the food sector. Legal authorization to work in Ireland is essential for this position.
