Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager
Red Chair Recruitment is currently accepting applicants for a Food and Beverage Manager to lead our client's hotel in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
The successful candidate will oversee the restaurant, lounge, and conference & banqueting operations, managing a team of managers, supervisors, and up to 35 staff members. Their primary goal will be to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of Food and Beverage aspects within the property.
* Management of a team of managers, supervisors, and up to 35 staff members.
* Setting service standards for daily operations in all food & beverage aspects.
* Experience in managing a busy restaurant and bar, including team management and rostering.
* Stock control, stock taking, ordering, and deliveries.
* Collaboration with colleagues and other departments to ensure exceptional service and guest experience.
* Training and up-skilling the team in all areas of service and standards.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of full management experience in Food and Beverage operations in a 4/5* hotel.
* Professional presentation, polite friendly manner, and attention to detail.
* Excellent Communication, Organisation, and Time Management skills.
