We're seeking a motivated Technical Sales Manager with knowledge of HVAC and or Refrigeration systems with a hunter mindset to represent a dynamic company, selling products and services to large commercial clients such as mechanical contractors to grow business in the Dublin area with some travel across Ireland to customers further afield.
Role Overview: This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll: • Generate new business by building relationships with large commercial clients, FM companies, and mechanical/electrical contractors.
• Visit sites to discuss air conditioning and refrigeration installations and service/maintenance needs.
• Navigate technical discussions, contracting requirements, and project details to secure deals.
• Take ownership of the sales process, bringing a proactive and driven approach to meeting targets.
• Be the face of the company, resolving issues and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct face-to-face client meetings daily, driving new business opportunities.
• Sell across installation, service, and maintenance, with a focus on HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability, working towards profit-based targets.
• Build relationships with clients, generate your own leads, and follow up on website inquiries.
• Collaborate with technical, engineering, and administrative teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Salary: • €70,000 per annum + a very lucrative commission structure with an OTE of between €100,000–€120,000, this is uncapped!

What We're Looking For: • Experience in the HVAC & Refrigeration industry.
• Technical Knowledge would be beneficial, extra support will be provided, although, an understanding of HVAC-R systems and contracting processes would be advantageous.
• The ideal candidate will be a proactive, driven go-getter with a hunter attitude.
• Based in Ireland, ideally living within an hour's drive of Dublin to for flexibility to travel to customers premises daily to convert leads.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
• Experience as a Technical Sales Manager would be beneficial.
Working Hours: • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
