Mc Sport is seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Creator to join their dynamic marketing team.
The Content Creator will develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engage the target audience, and ultimately generate leads and conversions.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in content creation, exceptional writing skills, and a solid understanding of digital marketing channels.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver compelling content that aligns with their brand voice and objectives.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.
* Create high-quality and engaging content, including blog posts, social media content, videos, animations, product photography, and videography.
* Work with the commercial team to showcase B2B projects undertaken by Mc Sport, visiting fit-outs, and capturing video content and creating case studies for their marketing campaigns.
* Work alongside the digital marketing team in ideation and implementation of marketing campaigns from ad assets to organic content across all social channels.
* Manage the content editorial calendar, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery across various channels.
* Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing.
* Maintain brand consistency and ensure all content aligns with the company's tone of voice and messaging.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (advantageous but not essential).
* Proven work experience as a content creator or in a similar role; provide a portfolio.
* Excellent writing and editing skills, a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and storytelling.
* Demonstrated experience in creating various types of content (blogs, product photography, social media, videos, etc.) for different channels and formats.
* Solid understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content accordingly.
* Proficiency in using content marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Cap Cut, etc.).
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and a constant desire to learn and improve.
