Cpl Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead a team in a large organisation based in Dublin City. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience and a proven track record as a Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
1. People Management: Oversight of all areas of people management, ensuring effective performance management and delivery of business plans.
2. Team Coaching: Management and coaching of the team to ensure they are equipped to deliver their responsibilities.
3. HR Administration: Administration of payroll, pension, leave, and annual compensation cycles, including accurate maintenance of employees' personnel files.
4. Sickness and Absence Reporting: Accurate and consistent delivery of sickness and absence reporting, including monthly reporting to managers on staff changes.
5. Metrics and Service Level Agreements: Development of metrics and service level agreements for core work and transactions.
6. HR Support: Provision of guidance to managers on process guidelines and support with complex escalated issues.
Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of HR experience.
2. Employee Relations experience.
3. HR/Business degree and CIPD qualification.
