Construction Industry Experience Essential:
Appointment entails:
1. Receiving personal callers
2. Answering telephones and dealing with them efficiently
3. Recording telephone messages
4. Printing drawings
5. Sending tender enquiries and filing same
6. Recording, typing and distributing meeting minutes
7. Typing letters, invoices and general administration
8. Obtaining quotations from specialist suppliers
9. Filing all documents in relation to contracts under ISO standards/requirements
10. General contract administration duties and liaising with QS, Project Managers, Site Administrators, Accounts Staff, Suppliers and Sub-Contractors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
