Overall Purpose of the Job
To support the delivery of workplace services on various Client facilities and to assist in the management of day-to-day front of house and facilities operations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
o To deliver agreed Customer Service
o To ensure compliance with EH&S legislation in line with policy
o Supplier / Service Management
o Use of technology to conduct & record work
o Dealing with client staff
Qualifications and Experience
o Proven track record in similar role preferably with at least 3 years' experience in a directly comparable environment.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work on own initiative and as a team player.
o Proven ability to manage a wide variety of tasks with the ability to prioritise and develop new opportunities and solutions.
o Good time management and ability to meet deadlines. Flexibility - various shift times applicable (client specific).
o First Aid Responder
o Fire Marshall Lead
o Covid Officer Management at supervisory level.
Working Pattern
Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
