Purpose of the role: The role of the Directorate Services Manager for Day Services Pillar is to drive and support the operational service requirements in the Day Services pillar of the MED Directorate. This requires the delivery of key directorate objectives based on:
1. Quality and Safety
2. Access
3. Flow
4. Team
5. Resources and waste
The Directorate Services Manager is a key member of the directorate management team.
