Our client, a pharmaceutical company based in Tipperary, seeks a Project Manager to oversee the Suite Leads for a project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage escalations for schedule, budget, risks, change management, and progress measurement.
* Design, deliver, document, and qualify efforts.
* Lead six Project Suite teams.
* Manage Suite teams' scope and change control, escalating issues as necessary.
* Monitor project progress and performance.
* Partner with EP, CM, and CQ, and other disciplines on planning and executing scope.
* Provide status reports to the core team and Project Management.
* Offer training and mentoring to Team Leads.
* Evaluate all work in accordance with our Client's procedures and best practices.
* Collaborate with EP, CM, and partners to lead cost, risk, change management, and schedule efforts for suite teams.
* Maintain up-to-date decision, risk, and action logs.
* Ensure the Suite Teams are adequately resourced.
* Resolve cross-functional issues across the suite teams or issues impacting the suite teams.
* Monitor the performance of the Suite teams (cost, effort, scope, etc.) against the project management plan and performance baseline.
* Interface with other disciplines and stakeholders to ensure the project meets business needs.
* Capture lessons learned, changes, and impact of changes by all project leads for the project.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum degree in a relevant discipline required.
* Certification in Project Management is an advantage.
* Previous experience managing large pharma projects exceeding €200m and sub-project teams on design, installation, and commissioning.
* Experience in scope, cost, and schedule management.
* API project experience is a distinct advantage.
