Business Development Representative
We are seeking a Business Development Associate to help generate new business for our Galway-based healthcare systems provider.
Their multi-functional platform allows care providers to manage every aspect of their client's needs by sharing relevant information with the key people involved in the care delivery circle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gaining an expert understanding of our customer base, target market and our product.
* Generating business opportunities via cold calling.
* Researching, tracking, maintaining and updating sales leads and prospects.
* Partnering with the sales team to generate a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
* Coordinating product demos.
* Accurately building, managing and maintaining sales pipeline on HubSpot.
* Managing customer activity through HubSpot.
* Engaging with prospective customers and leveraging skills to develop new business relationships.
* Working closely with other customer-facing teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
* Consistently achieving (and exceeding) monthly quotas and goals.
* Assisting customers to maximize their use and therefore the benefit they derive from our product.
Requirements:
* 1 year's experience with cold calling and lead generation.
* Previous experience in software sales would be desirable.
* Industry knowledge or an understanding of the care industry would be an asset.
* Previous account management or customer support experience.
* A competitive spirit and a passion for selling.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Previous experience with HubSpot, or similar.
