Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team working on large healthcare development programmes of work in Dublin 8. The successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid an hourly rate of €46.70 based on an annualised salary of €85,000.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and supervise the execution of major & minor capital works throughout the area of responsibility.
* Manage specific Minor & Major projects within the program, including contract administration of key capital development programmes.
* Project manage the assigned Design Team professionals, including Architects, Engineers, Civil Structural and Mechanical and Electrical consultancy practices.
* Prepare budgets for proposed Minor & Major Capital work programmes and ensure projects are within agreed budgets.
* Be responsible for Minor Works lists, selection of contractors for bid purposes and recommendation of tenders for acceptance.
Requirements
* At least 7 years' satisfactory & relevant experience in planning, design, project management or construction of buildings or in the installation or maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and heating services.
* Access to appropriate transport is necessary as the post will involve travel between sites.
* Ability to demonstrate depth and breadth of experience in planning, design, project management or construction of buildings or in the installation or maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and heating services.
