Job Description
A PMO Analyst is required to support a large programme of work on a 9-month fixed-term contract.
The successful candidate will be based in Dublin city centre and required to travel to the office twice a week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain an overall project/programme plan and roadmap.
* Support budget management, including tracking inaccuracies.
* Coordinate internal and external communication with stakeholders.
* Administer PPM tools and process project intake.
* Assist workstream activities as needed.
* Document project progress for steering and other stakeholders.
Desirable Experience:
* 1-3+ years as a PMO Analyst, project manager, or similar role.
* Formal Project Management qualification (e.g. Prince2, PMP, CSM).
* PPM tool experience.
* Familiarity with software such as JIRA, Confluence, and Power BI.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Proficient in Excel, creating pivots & graphs for costs/KPI reporting.
* Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
* Experience in project and programme status reporting.
