Application Trainer
We are seeking an experienced Application Trainer to work closely with our Training Lead and support the planning, coordination, implementation, and provision of software application training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and Execute End User Classroom Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive classroom training sessions for end users to ensure effective application usage.
* Develop Training Content and Materials: Create and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources, to support various learning needs.
* Act as Adoption Agents/Advocates: Promote and advocate for the adoption of the application, encouraging users to embrace new technologies and workflows.
* Provide One-to-One training: Offer personalized training sessions to users based on their specific roles and modules, addressing individual learning needs and challenges.
* Provide Feedback on User Documentation: Collaborate with the project team to review and provide input on user documentation, ensuring clarity and usability.
* Assist with Building and Testing Training Environments: Support the creation and testing of training environments to ensure they accurately reflect the live application and provide a realistic training experience.
* Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
