Key Responsibilities:

* Negotiation of contracts and closure of deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Maintenance of accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
* Collaboration with the sales team to develop effective strategies and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B sales.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
