Job Title: eCommerce Content Specialist (Project-Based Focus)
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented eCommerce Content Specialist to support content execution across global marketplaces & stores within a project-led structure. This role will focus on end-to-end content delivery for product onboarding, content enhancement, and marketplace expansion projects. The specialist will act as a key contributor in cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate content deployment aligned with business goals and client requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Product Content Setup: Create and manage SKUs across multiple marketplaces & storefronts, including bundles and ASIN linking.
2. Content Updates & Optimization: Maintain and enhance product content, perform updates, translations, and light scraping as needed.
3. Marketing Content Execution: Support the upload of A+ Content, Brand Stores, and Brand Stories as part of broader marketing initiatives.
4. Issue Resolution: Open and manage Amazon support cases (via Seller Candy) for content-related issues and listing suppressions.
5. Platform & Operational Support: Configure backend CMS, support content & product mapping, and assist with new marketplace & store setup and UAT within project timelines.
6. Content QA: Perform accuracy and quality checks to ensure listings meet marketplace, store and brand standards before publishing.
7. Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to align content tasks with timelines and project goals.
8. Process Documentation: Help maintain SOPs and support ongoing improvements to content workflows.
Your Key Attributes
1. eCommerce Expertise: Previous experience with eCommerce and marketplace platforms is a strong advantage.
2. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
3. Organizational Strength: Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.
4. Clear Communicator: Articulate and confident, especially in fast-paced environments.
5. Solutions-Focused: Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong drive to identify and implement effective solutions.
