Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary energy services company, renowned for providing intelligent solutions in energy efficiency and management.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping the company's global customers achieve their net zero goals through strategic energy management and decarbonisation initiatives.
This position requires an exceptional Energy Manager to drive energy management programmes across various sectors, leveraging expertise in industrial processes, utility systems, and resource optimisation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Early engagement with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their systems and processes, including SCADA, control, and metering systems.
* Development and onboarding of accounts, coordinating with design and commissioning teams to validate data and create meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders.
* Liaise with internal and external subject matter experts to facilitate optimisation of client energy use and process through software adoption.
* Coordinate and chair regular client reviews at designated intervals.
* Maintain open communication channels with clients to ensure maximum benefit is achieved from the account.
* Manage the implementation of EnMS systems and Customer Success Plans in collaboration with dedicated on-site energy teams.
* Cultivate strong relationships with project managers, account managers, customers, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders through clear and effective communication.
* Foster commercial growth by guiding clients towards software renewals and expanding services into new sites within the existing customer base.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on energy management.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Hold an Engineering Degree equivalent to or above NFQ Level 8.
* Demonstrated expertise in energy management, particularly with ISO 50001 fundamentals.
* In-depth knowledge of core energy systems, including refrigeration, HVAC, boilers, compressed air, and industrial processing and controls systems.
* Strong statistical analysis skills and knowledge.
* Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
* Professional certifications such as CEM and CMVP are highly desirable.
