Key Responsibilities:
Health and Safety
Evolve best practices for operations and maintenance of utility systems, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Manage all contract works and third-party assessments, including review of RAMS and safety plans, to guarantee compliance with site safety policies.
Handle work permits and liaise with the Engineering Administrator to maintain a safe working environment.
Utilities Management
Show sound working knowledge of key utilities like water treatment, compressed air, HVAC, boilers, and power distribution.
Lead technician teams to ensure uninterrupted delivery of utilities for plant and process, maintaining a high level of service quality.
Coordinate and maintain current operations and maintenance programs, ensuring seamless execution.
Facility Maintenance
Coordinate and handle third-party onsite cleaning contracts and building maintenance works with relevant contractors.
Participate in projects for upgrading buildings and facilities, adhering to statutory and regulatory compliance programs.
Engineering Task Lead
Assist the utilities technician team in troubleshooting and corrective action planning.
Coordinate with other department managers to schedule work requirements and address breakdowns promptly.
Educational Requirements: 3rd Level Degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, supplemented by advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated experience in similar roles within pharmaceutical/GMP environments is essential, showcasing Utilities Supervisory GMP skills and a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience.
