Human Resource Generalist Co.
We are seeking an ambitious HR Generalist to join our expanding operation in Carlow. This is a full-time, on-site position with flexible start times from 7am.
About the Role
* Degree in Human Resource Management or similar field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist role
* Good knowledge of employment law
The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office and have experience with HRM systems, particularly Workday. They will also have a good understanding of human resources policies and procedures, as well as excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver administrative support to the HR department, assisting with all aspects of office management
2. Support payroll, compensation, and benefit plans as required
3. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including employee contracts, onboarding, and the entire employee life cycle
4. Aid in the development and implementation of human resource policies
5. Collect and analyze data using useful HR metrics and business KPIs
6. Maintain employee files and records
7. Organize and maintain filing systems in compliance with GDPR
8. Attend litigation cases and WRC cases as required
9. Participate in resolving grievances where necessary
10. Participate in audits as required
