Amorys Solicitors LLP are seeking to recruit a highly experienced Legal Accountant for their offices in Sandyford and Greystones.
This will be a full time in-office role shared between two locations.
To apply for this position, applicants must have direct practical and proactive experience in bookkeeping/accounts within a Solicitors Firm.
Key Duties and responsibilities will include:
* Daily Banking
* Assigning and dealing with lodgements from online banking
* Making bank lodgements
* Managing petty cash
* Processing and part authorising EFTs
* Invoicing
* Bank reconciliations
* Month end reconciliations
* Assisting with monthly and year end accounts
* Preparing VAT returns for review
* Scanning and saving all correspondence to case management system
The ideal candidate:
* Honest and trustworthy
* Excellent IT skills
* At least 5 years working in a legal office
* Experience with legal case management systems
* Excellent written and oral skills
* Articulate and polite
* Ability to work on own initiative
