The Role
:
1. Assist with the preparation of the quarterly financial reporting package and support schedules
2. Assist with the preparation of various financial reporting characteristics
3. Assist with the budget process
4. Manage weekly liquidity and accounts payable to meet corporate objectives
5. Assist with detailed analysis on various accounts
Requirements
6. Degree in a relevant field and be recently or part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
7. Ability to discuss accruals and AP/AR with internal finance team and external property managers
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Ability to interpret and understand financial statements from an audit perspective
