Job Title: Junior PMO (Project Management Office) (Remote)

Contract Duration: 12-Month Rolling Contract
Role Overview:
Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior PMO to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of experience in project management, who is eager to develop their skills, gain exposure to a variety of projects within the insurance sector, and contribute to the success of our project delivery across the business. You will be working closely with senior project managers and key stakeholders while managing a diverse range of projects. The PMO’s role is critical in ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively, aligned with the organization’s strategic goals, and delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
1. Project Coordination: Work alongside senior project managers to support the execution of key projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
2. Regulatory Programmes & System Changes: Assist in managing projects related to system changes and regulatory compliance.
3. Client Onboarding & Integration: Support the onboarding and integration of new clients, including migration tasks and ensuring projects are executed smoothly.
4. Risk Management & Reporting: Help identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting project progress and risks.
5. Slide Decks & Presentations: Prepare PowerPoint presentations for board meetings, ensuring clear, concise, and impactful reporting on project status, risks, and outcomes.
6. Experience in project management, ideally within the reinsurance, insurance, or financial services sectors is a plus.
