This client-facing role involves coordinating board packs, liaising with directors and service providers, arranging document signings, and supporting ad-hoc queries related to corporate governance.
Role and Responsibilities Compile and distribute board packs (Diligent, Boardvantage, PDFs) Coordinate meeting logistics, attendance, and calendar invites Arrange signing, notarisation, apostilling of documents Support audit requests and assist with regulatory database queries Provide general administrative and meeting support Experience 1-2 years of office experience in a law firm or financial services Experience in a company secretarial department Experience using document management software and compiling board packs an advantage Experience in diary management Excellent computer skills High attention to detail and ability to multi-task This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, professional, and eager to grow in a legal environment.
