Human Resources Information System Analyst

We are partnering once again with a lead professional service client, hiring an HR Information Systems Analyst who will take ownership of all HR systems, ensuring data integrity, day-to-day operational management, and system upgrades. This role will support the broader HR team with reporting and data analysis.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role within professional services or a complex corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the integrity of data across HR systems and related processes (ideally with experience working with People XD & Cornerstone).
* Oversee system renewals, upgrades, integrations, and the implementation of new HR technologies as needed.
* Develop strong vendor relationships to ensure HR systems deliver maximum value, addressing issues and queries efficiently.
* Coordinate the system management aspects of key HR processes, including annual performance reviews and career level promotions.
* Provide training, support, and expert guidance to the HR team and system users.
* Continuously monitor data quality, ensuring consistency in data capture, conducting reconciliations, and performing regular audits.
* Collaborate with departments such as Finance and IT to provide data for various internal projects, including salary and bonus processes, gender pay gap reporting, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an HR Systems Analyst or HR Data Analyst, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
* Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
* Analytical mindset with high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and critical thinking abilities.
* Advanced Excel skills with the ability to deliver actionable insights from HR data.
* Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
