Main Responsibilities:
Procurement Management:
* Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
* Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure best deals.
* Oversee the purchasing of materials and equipment to meet project requirements.
Quality Assurance:
* Maintain and manage Cloncad's ISO 9001:2015 certification through regular audits and inspections.
* Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulations, and company SOPs.
Resource Management:
* Effectively allocate resources across projects to meet deadlines and deliverables.
* Monitor and optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Main Requirements:
Essential Skills:
* Strong experience in the electrical industry is an advantage.
* Previous experience in a procurement role is an advantage.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail is crucial for success in this role.
