Our client, a well-established golf club, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the customer-facing areas and office administration of its restaurant.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth operations, and achieving revenue and efficiency targets while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Report directly to the club’s Operations Manager.
* Ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests.
* Maintain consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Foster a positive and productive team culture.
* Train staff to uphold uniform service standards and conduct regular refresher sessions.
* Ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
* Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate where necessary.
* Work closely with department managers to ensure smooth coordination.
* Ensure all service items and consumables meet the highest standards.
* Manage stock levels, including ordering and replenishment.
* Manage staffing costs within pre-agreed budgets.
Experience & Skills Required:
* 2-3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage management or supervisory role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP certification preferred).
* Proven leadership and team motivation abilities.
* Experience in staff training and development.
* Competence in budgeting and cost control.
