At EY, the Technology Delivery executes and drives end-to-end transformational IT-centric programmes and projects by delivering solutions that encompass people, processes, and technology.
We tailor our delivery approach to execute on IT and ICT Strategies and realise the IT investments that underpin core business objectives for our clients.
The main services of our Technology Delivery team include:
Specialising in PRINCE2, Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and adapting delivery methodologies to each client's preferred method of delivery.
Offering industry-agnostic accelerators for the rapid deployment of a portfolio management office function to support small and large-scale transformation programmes.
Helping transform business with digital workflows for IT, Employees, and Customers through our ServiceNow Specialists. Delivering and managing programmes and projects with our dedicated Systems Integration team. Establishing an agile delivery model using EY Accelerators, EY Methodologies, and Agile industry-leading practices. Enhancing, transforming, establishing, and executing operations based on leading service management frameworks with our Operations and Service Management team.

As part of our NextWave strategy, Technical Project Managers will provide Leadership, Support, and Direction to support our client's technology-centric projects and programmes.
We are looking to recruit high-performing individuals with a track record in Technical Project Management to be part of our leading and growing Technology Consulting business.
Your key responsibilities Client Responsibilities Take end-to-end responsibility for the mobilisation, delivery, and benefits of large-scale complex strategic and/or transformative technical projects.
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to deliver projects from mobilisation through to implementation. Influence and negotiate project outcomes, often across multiple functions. Maintain focus on key priorities and dependencies to realise business benefits to agreed timelines. Identify and advise on project/programme level decisions that influence significant project direction. Internal Responsibilities Understand all our consulting service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients. Create innovative insights for clients looking to leverage their vendor framework and improve their IT offerings. Lead Technology Consulting engagements, managing team performance and commercials. Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring all levels of staff. Understand, follow, and lead staff in workplace policies and procedures.
Skills and attributes for success To qualify for the role, you must have:
A strong academic record including a third level degree, preferably in a business or IT related discipline. At least 5 years' experience in a client-facing role for a leading consulting or professional services company.
Experience in one or more focus industries including Power & Utilities, Financial Services, Government & Public Sector, Life Sciences, and more.
Experience in one or more technology areas including ERP, CRM, Digital Workplace, and more. Experience in establishing, training, and managing teams comprised of client and contractors. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate IT strategy into measurable business benefits. A track record of delivery within multiple large-scale technical transformation projects. Experience in aligning business and IT across organisational and technology silos.
The ability to take a 'big picture' delivery and project management view as well as work at a detailed level.
Ideally, you will also have:
Additional professional qualifications, such as PRINCE2, PMP, or similar. Experience in tracking, monitoring, advising, and maintaining project status and actions. Experience with Stakeholder Management and working collaboratively across IT and Finance. Experience communicating and presenting project information to stakeholders.
