We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our team and contribute to a variety of exciting projects, events, and operational activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Event Management & Logistics: Oversee customer, partner, and internal executive visits, All Hands meetings, training sessions, morale events, and other large business gatherings.
* IT Equipment Management and Support: Manage and distribute devices and peripherals, maintain inventory records, and ensure office equipment is functioning smoothly.
* Budget Management & Purchasing: Handle payment and reconciliation processes related to day-to-day team activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* General Queries: Act as the go-to person for queries about campus operations and internal processes, providing clear and timely guidance.
* Director Support: Assist with travel arrangements, expense management, calendar coordination, meeting organisation, and ad hoc Leadership Team support.
* Onboarding: Support new hires by managing their setup, including Microsoft Teams sites, email distribution lists, and organizational charts.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows is required; MCAS qualification is desirable.
