We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team, providing technical support for Anker solar and storage systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain high standards of customer service and support for installers, suppliers, and customers.
* Train installers on the installation of Anker's solar and storage products, and educate end customers on product use and functionality.
* Provide technical support via phone or onsite, working independently in the field to resolve complex issues and communicate with R&D Engineers.
* Analyze system performance, relay information to installers and customers, and provide technical knowledge to wholesale partners.
* Represent Anker at industry trade shows.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in technical support for PV and battery storage is essential, preferably with onsite experience.
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Understanding of troubleshooting electrical issues, system communication problems, and software-related issues.
* A full clean driving license.
