We have exclusively been retained by our client, Design and Craft Council Ireland to recruit a CRM End User Administrator. As an administrator, this position focuses on ensuring the seamless operation of the CRM system. The role is a 2-year contract and the successful candidate will be required to work onsite in Kilkenny 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operation of the CRM system, ensuring efficient use across the organisation.
* Support the self-service portal, helping clients manage services, cases, and program participation effectively.
* Ensure CRM activities run smoothly and address user queries in a timely manner.
* Oversee the accuracy and organisation of data within the CRM.
* Implement best practices for data input, maintenance, and reporting processes.
* Deliver training to internal users to maximise system adoption and understanding.
* Collaborate with teams to streamline processes for client and event registration.
* Manage targeted email campaigns as required, ensuring timely and effective stakeholder communication.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 2 years in a CRM administration role.
* Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse data for actionable insights.
* Professional verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on client and stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
