Job Title: HR Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HR Manager to join our team at Artemis Human Capital. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Generalist or HR Manager to exercise full autonomy across the HR remit and drive the people strategy.

Responsibilities:
1. Reporting into the General Manager, you will lead and oversee the HR department to drive the people strategy and foster a positive work environment.
2. Manage all recruitment activities, including devising job descriptions, posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and issuing job offers.
3. Lead on and advise managers on all employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and grievances.
4. Organise and schedule mandatory training for all new and existing employees, such as health and safety and food allergen training.
5. Liaise with the payroll department to complete payroll administration, including notifying of new starters, leavers, and employees going on paternity leave.
7. Drive employee engagement, including conducting employee feedback surveys and organising wellbeing events.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3-5 years Human Resources experience.
* Experienced in recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement, and performance management.
* Skilful in liaising with payroll and devising HR Strategy.
* Proficient in using HR Systems.
* An obtained degree in HRM and HR Qualification.
