Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in kitchen operations to maintain high standards of food quality.
* Prepare and cook menu items as directed by the Manager.
* Contribute to menu development and planning, staying up-to-date with food trends and service concepts.
* Raise the standards of your section through efficient and smooth operation.
Requirements
What You Bring:
* Leaving Cert level education or above.
* NVQ qualification or equivalent.
* Progressive background in catering, preferably in large-scale kitchens.
* A genuine passion for food and customer service.
* Innovative ideas for menus and food presentation.
* Excellent listening skills.
* Currently residing in Ireland.
* Proficient written and spoken English.
* Fully qualified driver (advantageous).
