Job Summary
The Manager, Field Marketing is responsible for the full cycle recruiting, training, and management of brand ambassadors who promote Ready products across the country. This role will work closely with operational management to develop and implement short and long-term strategies to ensure that the company has the workforce to successfully perform today and in the future.
This position requires overnight travel throughout the United States.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute field marketing strategies by leading local and regional plans nationwide, tailored to key events and/or retail activations that support overall marketing objectives.
2. Closely collaborate with Marketing and Sales leaders to implement campaigns driving brand awareness, trial, and conversion across the sales funnel.
3. Conduct cross-functional collaboration by partnering with Sales teams to align goals, priorities, and metrics, ensuring marketing efforts amplify their impact.
4. Manage event planning and execution, including trade shows, roadshows, meetups, and regional conferences to drive engagement and conversion.
5. Conduct regional customer research to stay ahead in understanding market needs, competitor positioning, and trend evaluation.
6. Lead and inspire a team of field marketers, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture across regions.
7. Oversee the full cycle recruitment process for brand ambassadors, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
8. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for all brand ambassadors.
9. Serve as company advocate, ensuring brand ambassadors positively promote the brand, addressing personnel needs effectively.
10. Manage campus recruitment calendars and budgets, communicating updates to key stakeholders.
11. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for field marketing initiatives, providing detailed reporting on ROI and campaign effectiveness.
12. Create brand promotional events, including new launch activations in brand ambassador markets; identify new markets for brand promotion, expanding our brand as a preferred employer for new talent.
Requirements
1. 3-5 years of experience in field or regional marketing roles; experience in the Health & Fitness Industry or fast-moving CPG is advantageous.
2. Experience as a brand ambassador or brand ambassador program manager in the food or beverage industries is beneficial; experience with retail promotions and event management.
3. Detailed understanding of demand generation, event planning, campaign orchestration, and pipeline acceleration strategies.
4. Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, develop, and manage collaborative marketing teams.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, influencing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
6. Strategic Thinker: Creative and data-driven strategist focused on measurable impact.
7. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
8. Strong negotiation skills.
9. Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
10. Ability to assess needs, influence, and collaborate with various members of the Ready team.
