This full-time, on-site Duty Manager role is located in Dublin 2 .
The Duty Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Premier Suites Property .
This position requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage various aspects of operations, including guest services, staff supervision, and facility management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a busy environment.
As PREMIER SUITES Leeson Street is a rooms only business, this is an ideal role for someone who wishes to gain experience in front office, rooms and accommodation management.
It may also be of interest to people who already have experience in this area but are seeking a role in a property without food, beverage and events business where hours of work can be more predictable and sociable.
In this role the Duty Manager will have the opportunity to gain experience in forecasting, financial reporting, revenue management and team management.
About The RoleThe ideal candidate will have: 2/ 3 years of experience in a hotel Supervisory or management role or a related fieldMust have permission to work and be available to work up to 40 hours per week.
Previous experience of working in a standards-driven environment.
A creative and solutions-focused approach when problem-solving.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ability to use business English verbally and through email correspondence is essential.
