About the Role
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting sales data to generate valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You will work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization of sales strategies.
* Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
* Support sales forecasting by leveraging data modeling techniques and historical trends.
* Assist in maintaining data accuracy and integrity within CRM and other sales analytics tools.
* Work with internal data teams to enhance data accessibility and usability for sales operations.
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and track success metrics.
* Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to uncover insights that support strategic sales decisions.
* Assist in evaluating and optimizing sales processes through data-driven analysis.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, sales operations, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
* A degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, MIS, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights.
* Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce.com (experience is a plus).
* A detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
* Proficiency in SQL and experience working with data warehouses is not a must, but a nice to have.
* A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
* Flexibility to work at critical business times such as End of Quarter.
