Financial Leadership Role
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a critical role in driving financial performance and ensuring the company's financial health.
About the Role
* Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, aligning with corporate goals and growth initiatives.
* Oversee capital structure, balance sheet management, and long-term financial planning to support large-scale renewable energy infrastructure projects.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling processes for accurate and timely reporting.
* Analyse financial performance and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
* Provide actionable recommendations to the CEO and Board.
Main Responsibilities
1. Manage the capital allocation process to improve total value contribution and optimisation of the current and future investment portfolio.
2. Ensure Treasury operations are effectively managed in accordance with policies approved by the Board.
3. Develop and manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
4. Raise capital through debt, equity, and other financing mechanisms.
5. Maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks to mitigate financial risks.
6. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements including those related to renewable energy reporting.
Key Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
* 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in infrastructure, renewable energy, or related industries.
* Proven track record of capital raising and managing large-scale financial operations.
* Deep understanding of renewable energy market dynamics, financing structures, and regulatory environments.
